Naval Cooperation and Guidance for Shipping (NCAGS) Course was held by Multinational Maritime Security Centre of Excellence (MARSEC COE) on 18 - 20 December 2018 at Naval War College Yenilevent/İSTANBUL.

A total of 20 staff, 7 of whom were lecturers and 13 of whom were trainees from UK, Qatar, Latvia, Pakistan, Senegal, Tunusia and Turkey participated in the mentioned course.
