NATO Maritime Security Centre of Excellence (MARSEC COE) Steering Committee (SC) Meeting-2022/2 was conducted in hybrid (both in-person and virtual) format, on 8 - 9 November 2022, at the premises of NATO MARSEC COE/İstanbul, under the chairmanship of Rear Admiral Rafet OKTAR, Chief of Operations, Turkish Navy, with the participation of representatives from Framework Nation (FN) Türkiye, Sponsoring Nations (SNs) Greece, Portugal, and Romania (as voting members); Australia, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Japan, Montenegro, Pakistan, Qatar, Ukraine and HQ SACT (as observers).
