MARSEC COE Steering Committee Meeting-2023/2, chaired by Rear Admiral Erhan AYDIN (OF-7) (TUR-N), took place in a hybrid format on 7-8 November 2023 at MARSEC COE in İstanbul. Representatives from Türkiye, Greece, Portugal, and Romania (Sponsoring Nations) participated as voting members, while Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Egypt, Italy, and Montenegro were observers.

During the meeting, the Steering Committee examined the progress of the Program of Work with the achievements of the current year, the status of the 2023 budget and then approved the 2024 Program of Work and budget.
