Maritime Security Centre of Excellence (MARSEC COE) successfully conducted “International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code) Course” physically at the premises of MARSEC COE-Istanbul through 05-09 February 2024.
The aim of the course was to provide the attendees with relevant knowledge and skills to be able to understand the roles, responsibilities, authorities and processes to be performed to accomplish duties described in the ISPS Code in a context of comprehensive maritime security approach.
A total of 69 lecturer/SME/attendees from 12 Nations (Azerbaijan, Canada, Greece, Italy, Kuwait, Portuguese, Romania, Senegal, Spain, Türkiye, United Kingdom and USA) participated in this iteration of the course
