Confidence and Security Building Measures in the Black Sea Seminar was held in Turkish Naval Museum (Beşiktaş / İstanbul) on 24 - 25 April 2017. Turkey plays the role of chairmanship-in-office of the year 2017 and aims to strengthen peace, security and cooperation between Black Sea coastal countries, "Cooperation in Maritime Domain".

Bulgarian, Georgian, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian representatives working at Ministry and related public institutions participated in the seminar. together with MARSEC COE Director.

In the seminar, various presentations about "Maritime Security in the Black Sea", "Legal Regime of Black Sea Security and Energy Security" and "Security Perspective of MARSEC COE" were delivered.
