Within the scope of NATO accreditation activities of Multinational Maritime Security Centre of Excellence; in order to discuss the concept of the MARSEC COE, The First Establishment Conference was held on 4 - 7 February 2019 in the National Defense University Campus / Yenilevent - İstanbul.

48 personnel from 16 countries (Albania, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, France, Georgia, Greece, Latvia, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK and USA) and representatives from ACT CPD and MARCOM participated in the conference.
