Turkish Naval Cooperation and Guidance for Shipping (NCAGS) Workshop was held between 31 October and 01 November 2019 at Maritime Security Centre of Excellence (MARSEC COE) in İstanbul with 68 participants (9 lecturers) from Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Turkish Chamber of Shipping (Istanbul & Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean, Blacksea Regions) Turkish Directorate General of Coastal Safety, Turkish Harbour Authorities, Turkish Coast Guard and Turkish Naval Forces.
