Captain (TUR-N) Sümer KAYSER, the Director of MARSEC COE and his staff engaged with the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCOS) Partnership Directorate, Rear Admiral Bülent Turan and Assistant Chief of Staff (ACOS) J9 and Brigadier General Bernard Lebrun on 12 May 2022, for enhancing interaction with Partner Countries and civil military cooperation in the maritime environment. Also, the engagement with the Turkish National Military Representative to SHAPE, Brigadier General Birol Arslan, made the visit remarkable.
