Exercise Specification Conference (ESC) of Maritime Security Exercise (EXER MARSEC)-2023 has been conducted successfully in hybrid mode (virtually and in-person) at the premises of NATO Maritime Security Centre of Excellence (MARSEC COE), on 17 - 18 May 2022, and a total of 26 participants representing diverse maritime stakeholders from the military, governmental institutions, and academia attended in the proceeding/discussions.

The aims of the event is to provide an update for the way-ahead of EXER MARSEC-23 to the interested stakeholders and possible target audiences, academia, NCS, COEs, NETFs, and, to harmonize views concerning the Exercise Aim (EA), Objectives (EOs), Training Objectives (TOs), and its expected results, as well as to plot next steps in the development of a viable scenario product and foundational basis for the Exercise.
