EXER MARSEC-23 Initial Planning Conference (IPC) was successfully conducted in hybrid format on 17 - 18 November 2022, and 32 participants representing various maritime interested stakeholders from the military, governmental institutions, International Organisations and companies attended the proceeding/discussions.

During the conference, EXER MARSEC-23 Initial Draft of the Exercise Plan (EXPLAN), participation, scenario development, Core Planning Team (CPT) composition and tasks were updated and discussed with the participants’ aspects regarding Training Objectives (TOs), and the way ahead was established.
