EXER MARSEC-25 Main Planning Conference (MPC) and MEL/MIL Strategy Workshop was successfully conducted in hybrid format on 13 and 14 March 2025, and 20 participants representing various maritime interested stakeholders from the military, governmental institutions, International Organisations and companies attended the proceeding/discussions.

During the conference, EXER MARSEC-25 Refined Draft Exercise Plan (EXPLAN), participation coordination and staffing, spaces, CIS structure and scenario were discussed with the participants, and the way ahead was established.

During the MEL/MIL Strategy WS, MEL/MIL were established for ulterior scripting purposes, together with defining the Level of Ambition (LoA) reflecting Training Objectives (TOs) for each Event and Incident Line respectively.
