The Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of Türkiye His Excellency Katsumata TAKAHIKO with his delegation visited the Maritime Security Centre of Excellence (MARSEC COE) on 03 September 2025. During the visit, an introductory briefing was provided on the organisation, area of expertise and the activities of the MARSEC COE.
