The Comprehensive Maritime Security Operations Course, organized by the Maritime Security Centre of Excellence (MARSEC COE), was conducted in 24 November - 5 December 2025 with the participation of 53 instructors, subject matter experts, and trainees from 16 countries: the United States, Germany, Azerbaijan, Djibouti, Ghana, the Netherlands, Italy, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta, Mauritania, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Türkiye.
