The Japan Joint Command and Staff College Delegation led by Capt. Masashi NOJO (JPN N) paid a visit to the Maritime Security Centre of Excellence (MARSEC COE) on 26 November 2025. During the visit, the introductory briefings covering the organizations’ structure, areas of expertise, and ongoing activities were provided by MARSEC COE and Japan delegation.
