
MARSEC COE’s “Maritime Counter Terrorism Course (Virtual/Asynchronous)” (NATO Approved)

The Maritime Security Centre of Excellence (MARSEC COE) successfully conducted the “Maritime Counter Terrorism Course (Virtual / Asynchronous)” via its Learning Management System (LMS) between 20 and 24 October 2025.
Presented in six modules designed to meet the learning objectives, the course aimed to provide participants with relevant knowledge on counter-terrorism in the maritime environment.
The NATO-approved “Maritime Counter Terrorism Course” (20–24 October) was successfully concluded. A total of 57 participants, both military and civilian personnel from 15 NATO and Partner countries — Azerbaijan, Belgium, Djibouti, Gambia, Georgia, Greece, Malta, Mauritania, Poland, Romania, Rwanda, Senegal, Singapore, Türkiye, and Uganda — attended the event virtually and asynchronously.
